1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) govern, in accordance with Section 1751(1) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code (hereinafter referred to as the “Civil Code”), the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from or in connection with a purchase agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchase Agreement”) concluded between the Seller and another natural person (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) through the Seller’s online store.

1.2. The online store is operated by the Seller on the website www.egocombat.com (hereinafter the “Website”) via a web interface (hereinafter the “Store Interface”).

1.3. These Terms and Conditions do not apply to cases where the Buyer intends to purchase goods for business or resale purposes or acts as a legal entity.

1.4. Provisions deviating from these Terms and Conditions may be agreed in the Purchase Agreement. Such provisions shall prevail over the Terms and Conditions.

1.5. The Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the Purchase Agreement. The Purchase Agreement and the Terms and Conditions are concluded in English.

1.6. The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments shall not affect the rights and obligations established under a previous version of the Terms and Conditions.

2. User Account

2.1. Upon registration on the Website, the Buyer gains access to their user account (hereinafter the “User Account”). Orders may be placed either through the User Account or directly via the Store Interface without registration.

2.2. When registering or placing an order, the Buyer must provide accurate and truthful information and update it when necessary.

2.3. Access to the User Account is secured by a username and password. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining confidentiality and shall not disclose login credentials to third parties.

2.4. The Seller may deactivate a User Account if the Buyer violates the Terms and Conditions or fails to use the account for an extended period.

2.5. The Buyer acknowledges that the User Account may not be continuously available due to necessary maintenance of the Seller’s or third-party systems.

3. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

3.1. The presentation of goods on the Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer by the Seller.

3.2. To place an order, the Buyer fills in the order form in the Store Interface, specifying:
the goods ordered (including quantity),
the method of payment,
the delivery address and method, contact details.

3.3. Before submitting the order, the Buyer may review and correct all entered data.

3.4. By submitting the order, the Buyer submits a binding proposal to conclude the Purchase Agreement.

3.5. The Purchase Agreement is concluded when the Seller accepts the Buyer’s order by sending a confirmation email to the Buyer’s email address.

3.6. For custom-made or personalized products (e.g., items with specific colors, logos, dimensions, or other modifications), the Buyer must confirm all details in writing before production begins. If the Buyer fails to provide specifications within the agreed period, the Seller will proceed based on the last confirmed parameters. Once production starts, claims regarding customization details cannot be accepted.

4. Price and Payment Terms

4.1. The prices of goods and related delivery costs are displayed on the Website and can be paid via:

4.2. All prices include applicable VAT and other fees unless stated otherwise.

4.3. Unless agreed otherwise, the Buyer must settle payment in full before goods are dispatched.

5. Withdrawal from the Purchase Agreement

5.1. The Buyer may withdraw from the Purchase Agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason, unless the goods were custom-made or personalized.

5.2. Custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.

5.3. To withdraw, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (via email) and return the goods unused and in their original condition.

5.4. The Buyer shall bear the cost of returning goods.

6. Delivery

6.1. The Seller is responsible for the delivery of goods to the address specified in the Buyer’s order.

6.2. The Buyer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report any visible defects immediately.

6.3. If the Buyer fails to accept the goods without justification, the Seller may charge reasonable storage and re-delivery costs.

7. Rights from Defective Performance

7.1. The Buyer’s rights arising from defective performance are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code, in particular Sections 2099–2117.

7.2. Claims regarding defective goods can be submitted in writing to info@egocombat.com or at the Seller’s registered office.

8. Liability and Warranty

8.1. The Seller guarantees that the goods comply with the agreed description, quality, and performance.

8.2. The standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery, unless stated otherwise.

8.3. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, mechanical damage, or failure to follow product instructions.

9. Data Protection

9.1. The Seller processes personal data of Buyers in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and related legal standards.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. The contractual relationship between the Seller and the Buyer is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably where possible; otherwise, they shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent Czech courts.
