Ego Combat STANDARD Wallpads provide a permanent and highly durable safety solution for protecting athletes and wall surfaces in any training environment. Unlike hook-and-loop (Velcro) systems, this model is mounted directly to the wall using screws that pass through the solid OSB backing board. This installation method guarantees absolute stability and prevents any movement — ideal for high-intensity facilities, commercial gyms and professional training centers.

Each panel features a 5 cm layer of high-density polyurethane foam that effectively absorbs impact and minimizes injury risk during contact with the wall. The foam is securely laminated to an OSB board, forming a strong and stable construction. The exterior is covered with a durable vinyl surface that is water-resistant, easy to clean and engineered for everyday heavy use.

For clean installation, the upper and lower sections of the panel are designed with a slight foam recess, allowing screws to be fixed directly through the OSB without damaging the padded surface. Once installed, the panel maintains a clean, flush and professional finish — even when multiple panels are placed side by side.
